Order Handling & Shipping

All Speed_Group orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours after order confirmation. During peak seasons, bulk orders, or promotional periods, dispatch timelines may vary slightly.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via call, SMS, or email. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately.

Wrong Item Delivered

Step 1: Inform us within 3 days of delivery via call or email with your Order ID and clear product images.

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 48 working hours.

Step 3: Upon approval, we will arrange pickup of the incorrect product.

Step 4: After verification, the correct item will be shipped or a refund will be processed as per policy.

Product Damaged During Transit

Step 1: Report the damage within 3 days of delivery with clear images and order details.

Step 2: Our team will verify the issue within 48 working hours.

Step 3: After approval, pickup will be arranged from your location.

Step 4: Once inspected, a replacement will be dispatched or refund initiated accordingly.

Returns & Replacement Not Applicable In Cases Of

• Products that are installed, used, or physically damaged
• Missing original packaging or invoice
• Claims raised after 3 days of delivery
• Damage caused due to improper installation or handling

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified cart value.
Applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations.
